Data processing

When this applies

This page is for clients. When we design, build or look after a website or system for you, you decide why personal information is used. You are the controller. Stream processes that information only so we can do the work you have asked us to do.

What we do with it

We use client information to build, test, host and support the work you commissioned. We do not use your customers' information for our own marketing, and we do not sell it.

People who help us

Hosting and email may sit with a supplier we use to deliver the work. We only share what that supplier needs.

How long it stays

We keep project files for as long as we are working with you, and for a short period afterwards so we can hand the work over or answer a question about it. We delete or return information when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

Access is limited to the people doing the work. Accounts are locked down, and nobody gets wider access than the job needs.
