Who we are

Stream Studio Limited (company number 8864515) is responsible for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at grow@madebystream.co.uk or at Stream HQ, Draycott, Derbyshire.

What we collect

If you email us or use the enquiry form, we receive the details you give us. That is usually your name, company, email address, the kind of help you are looking for, and your message.

The host also keeps ordinary server logs, such as your IP address and the page you requested, so the site can run and so we can deal with abuse.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do this because you contacted us, and because we may then be taking steps towards working together.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond, and for our records of any work that follows. You can ask us to delete a message if we no longer need it.

Who else sees it

Email is delivered through our host. We do not pass enquiry details to anyone else unless the law requires it, or you have asked us to.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will update this page if the way we handle information changes.
